Yesterday a flock of sheep ran rampant through the streets of downtown Toronto, bleating furiously.
Okay, so it was just one street in particular. They were filming a movie and had this flock of sheep on set, and suddenly the sheep broke loose from their their handlers and darted across the street. Everyone watching in the crowd and on the set applauded as the poor handlers tried to gather them up again. Luckily none of the sheep were injured.
Question: What do sheep have to do with a movie being shot at the Park Plaza in New York in the 1920's anyway?
There's a red squirrel tail blowing around in the breeze in my backyard. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REST OF THE SQUIRREL?! My poor minion. He probably got eaten by Moose, the cat who lives in the house behind mine. He eats birds all the time and leaves bits of wing and leg and eyes all over our property. He killed a baby robin in front of my mom. Why she didn't chase him away to begin with, I'll never know.
I got a letter from UofT today. I was paranoid it was going to say, "You think you're getting into our prestigious school with those marks, which have dropped dramatically since we offered you a place here? WE LAUGH IN YOUR FACE. YOUR MOTHER WAS A HAMSTER AND YOUR FATHER SMELT OF ELDERBERRY. GWEHEHHEEHEEAHAHAHAHAAAA, j00 sux0r. Pwned."
But it didn't. YAY. They still love me! Except I need to start picking out my courses. Baaaa.
silverwinged dearie, have you asked about coming to the
cosplay picnic yet? We need to RSVP.
stray_wind, you're going, aren't you? What are you cosplaying as?
The Spadina food court, which was adored for its incredibly cheap food,
was shut down due to an infestation of rats and cockroaches among other unsanitary conditions. I've eaten there twice. The cockroaches and rat droppings add that bit of tangy zest to the food. x__x
