Why now of all times?
...So I think the graphics card on my PC just died.
It was working fine this morning, but when I got back from my date with summertea, the screen would flicker every 5-10 seconds. I decided to reboot to see what that would do, and after that it started flickering almost nonstop. I turned it off just to be safe.
Thank god I still have my laptop. Also, my PC's graphics card was already on my list of things I've been wanting to replace. Still, I do not really have the money for this right now, guys. DX Could've picked a better time.
Anyway, I figured I should also make a post about this past holiday's exchanges, because I didn't do it earlier.
I wrote this for yuletide. It's Antique Bakery, gen humor'ish, but with the usual shounen-ai undertones.
I wrote this for serenity_santa, Firefly now being the only non-animanga/VG fandom I've ever managed to write in. I actually miraculously got bitten by a plotbunny this morning for another fic in that fandom, but I have no clue when I'm supposed to find time to write it before the inspiration dies. Woe.
I defaulted out of suikosantaredux. As much as I love this fandom, I just could not find any inspiration for any of the prompts I was given. However, to make up for it, I've been working on a little doodle as an "I'm sorry I suck :<" sorta pseudo-gift for my assignee. Yes, doodle as in drawing. As in, Piru's actually attempting something fan art'ish again, for the first time in years.
I'm tired and I feel a sinus headache coming on. This does not bode well for the amount of work I should be trying to get done tonight. *headdesk*
