On a serious note, there are lots of kids with GPAs of 4.0 and dreams of becoming a diplomat or an astronaut or some sort of figurehead intergalactic ambassador. In other words, it's no big deal. It's not like we were going to get jobs anyway.

Without mincing words, you royally messed up the year, but don't dwell on it. Everything considered, I'm actually surprised (though obviously very pleased) that you're coming back.

It's kind of funny how lifes goes. I too insulted those kids, and still continue to do so, yet I have no idea where I will be in 4+ years.

I have marks, which is alright, but there is so much more.

Anyways, good that you decided to go back, since I was kinda disappointed when I heard you wanted to drop out.
