I'd intended to sleep in, but that didn't happen. Shortly after Nigel left (he's going in early today for training) the dogs decided they needed to go out, so now I'm up. Following the advice of my doctor, I'm taking the Cymbalta before bedtime now, instead of right after I wake up, and it's made a huge difference. My appetite hasn't completely returned, but I actually managed a decent amount of sushi earlier today, which is a great improvement over the previous days. Much of what I've done today has centered around clothing. I'm finishing up the last of the laundry, and I stopped by Ross on the way back from dropping Nigel at work to pick up a new pair of jeans.
