So there I was, out in the field that covers a gas pipeline between some houses that everyone pretty much considers public area and where dogs are routinely exercised.  I have leashes with me, we're picking up our dog's poop and we're not in anyone's private property having a good game of fetch.  A lady comes out of her house with her two daughters

Any time somebody threatens to call the cops on me, I tell them to do it. Then every time they say something else, I just keep saying, "call the cops." Eventually they get tired of me doing it, realize I am not afraid of that threat, and they go away. Secretly I can't wait until the day that somebody threatens to call the cops around me and I can just say, "it's OK, I'm already here." (26 more days, booyah!)
