News Flash!
Hmmmm....here we are again. Where did I leave off last time?
Norm got laid off from his job. He has an interview on Tuesday, and if that falls through he will be among the ranks of the unemployed. And honestly? I'd rather he do that anyway. The kids could go to Norm's parents on Tuesdays instead of Mondays so I could actually work from home like I'm supposed to. However, I do really enjoy being home with them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I would miss being with them on Tuesdays. Anyway, we could also pull the kids out of daycare if Norm was unemployed (they only go on Fridays, but it'd still be nice).
I have been having these crazy palpitations and had to wear a stupid holter monitor last week. Turns out I have some premature ventricular contractions (PVC's) going on. I guess my doc wants to refer me to a cardiologist. Can't really afford it, but it is my health and I need to know if there's anything wacky going on that needs immediate attention. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.
Just got back from Iowa where we had yet another fun-filled action packed weekend with the fam.
Norm and I have been doing South Beach. I have lost 17 pounds and he has lost 26! It's nice to see my feet again while standing up.
The boys are keeping us entertained, as always. Couldn't imagine life without them! Holt will be starting a pre-K program this year. He will still be too young for kindergarten. The cutoff date is September 1st, he has to be 5. He'll be five on September 23rd. And that's fine, I don't want him going five days a week all day anyway yet. We're looking at a couple different options. I'm leaning toward our church's academy.
I think that's it. I'll let you know if we win the lottery or something. And one of these days I'll post pictures again.
