To summer college! I -- and, well, everyone else -- didn't really expect to get in, because lets face it, my grades are awful and I have been suspended multiple times for fighting. I wrote brilliant essays, though, and my PSAT scores for reading was in the 99th percentile, so that must of made some difference.
The recommendation letter from a PhD in Chemistry probably didn't hurt, either. :D
