Well, I got nothing done today!
Anyway, bit from my life: There's this boy in a few of my classes, who does, lets face it, skirt the edge of stereotypically gay. He and I get along fine -- we have developed a habit of muttering bitchy things at each other about the classes, teachers, etc.
The point, though! The point to get to the point you need to know that he has a boyfriend, which isn't, like, a secret but he doesn't talk about it. (i'm pretty sure it's more of a shy and uncomfortable thing than a worried about homophobia thing [fucking freshman. they're asses this year] based on the color he turns) I am a SHAMLESS eavesdropper, on top of not really caring what gender you're cuddling with, so the first time he mentioned to me he looked like he was expecting some big reaction. This was a while ago, idk, i just continued on with the conversation.
ANYWAY. You also need to know about the snake. Mainly, there was one, and, ok, I'm not SCARED of snakes but I don't like them, so I scooted from the front of the room, where the snake and my seat were, to the back, where his lab partner was absent.
We had the following conversation:
ME: Doesn't your boyfriend has snakes?
HIM: *faint blush and pause* Yeah, he does.
ME: you said one was big, right?
HIM: The (something) Python, yeah, its about five feet.
ME: *shudders* Did he ever figure out what to do with them? You said he couldn't keep them in at home anymore.
HIM: *very, very sadly* They're at my house now.
My reaction was along the lines of "fuck" XD
Also! He was wearing (probably girl's) skintight t-shirt today, which was hilarious because I stole one of Dsd's polos over the weekend and wore that to school. XD
