The Continuing Adventures of Pierogi & Risu
But first, I'm crossing two items off my 101 list:
45 Add another exotic pet to my menagerie - I'm counting Pierogi. I have not yet ruled out the addition of a flying squirrel.
90 Eat food from a cuisine I have not heretofore tried - Tonight I ate at Mañana, an El Salvadorian restaurant just a few blocks from my house. The food was delicious! I had pupusas which were corn pancakes stuffed with pork, cheese and beans and a side salad that was rather hot & spicy and oh so good!
On to the adventures!
