Hot Mess Misadventures in the Rubber City
I'm unemployed again. I have been for almost two months. I knew the last job was only seasonal, but I was kind of hoping to be able to stay a little bit longer. OK, then.
The past month has been quite the whirlwind. Since the lay-off, I spent a few weeks applying for jobs, interviewing for jobs, and jumping through the necessary bureaucratic hoops for unemployment comp. Then, not even a whole month after losing the last job, I got a new one. The company has a strict policy about using their name in social media. ( Read more... ) -
So This Happened...
I just got laid off today. The job itself wasn't the greatest. However my coworkers and my management team were awesome. I doubt I'll get a chance to work with people that great ever again, but you never know ( Read more... ) -
