This is the response I got recently from LJ help, but I don't know how to execute said testing. Can any of you help me please?

* Check with your internet provider to see if there are any difficulties or high network traffic situations between your provider and stat.livejournal.com.
* Reply to this request with your IP address and a traceroute to stat.livejournal.com. You can get your IP address at http://www.whatismyip.com/, though please note that this site is neither owned by nor endorsed by LiveJournal in any way. If you do not know how to perform a traceroute, you may find instructions on how to do so by using your preferred search engine.
