LJ and Me
So ever since I re-formatted my lap top and upgraded to IE 7.0, LiveJournal won't format right. I can see other people's style formats, but not my own. The only thing that loads is the font color and the icons. Everything is seems to be left justified. When I attempted to change my style, none of the pictures/examples will load. I've submitted a request to the help section, and almost two weeks later received a lame response that didn't help me fix anything because "they couldn't see a problem on their end." I realize everyone else can see my stuff fine, but I cannot and it bugs me, and it's irritating as all get out! I've cleared my cache, I've tried changing my lay-out, I've manually changed my encoding, and nothing seems to work. So saying that, I will now tell you that unless LJ steps up and helps me fix this, I will eventually not come back. I love keeping up with you, especially those of you who update more often than not, and don't have a myspace. It's my once chance to keep in touch with many of you, and it makes me sad to consider leaving it. I am also a firm believer in removing things in your life that cause stress, for instance, if taking the free-ways to work in the morning is more stressful than side streets, I'll take the side streets. Jobs that are overly stressful, should be changed. Stress is a huge factor of ill-health in this day and age, and I am therefore attempting to cut parts of that out of my life. Unfortunately, it seems LJ is becoming one of those things I need to cut out. I'll be around for a bit longer, but at this rate not much. There's your heads up. Take care! Please don't forget me.
