summer oh eight
Wow. I can't believe that this summer has flown by like this already! This season has been awesome. I've definitely made some new forever friends, and grown even closer to the ones I already had. I can't put into words how amazing everything has been. Yes, we've had our rough patches, but who hasn't? The important thing is that I was reminded why I love this job so much. It doesn't matter who's here and who's gone, but that sense of family is always around.
I've realized just how much I've grown and accomplished over the past twelve months. Adrian, DC, Africa, Europe, graduation, moving out...Things I'd never thought I'd actually have the chance to do! I learned that I can fit my entire life into my car if I have to, and that it's okay to not have a plan for everything.
I've been looking at master's programs, and right now I'm really leaning towards going back to American for their masters in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development. Either that, or maybe I'll move to Montana. Who knows. The future is still a long way off.
