I've been obsessed with two John Mayer songs lately: Slow Dancing In A Burning Room, which I talk about over there at BlogSpot, and Heart Of Life, whose lyrics I'm going to post here.

I'm posting these here for my dad. Listening to it this morning, on the way in to work, I realized that this is almost his theme song--at least, the chorus is.
