So far, I've made $120 from the whole Norma project, and it ain't even close to done yet. And I might have found a way to get Jess some money, too! ^^

Norma called this morning, and even though it took some little white lies, she seems to be in much higher spirits. I also had to write an e-mail without running the wording past her first, but I think it'll be fine. I'm known for my writing, after all ~.^

And I haven't even had breakfast or gotten dressed yet. Hungryyy...never had a real dinner last night, just some (effing good) nachos and garlic fries at the Willi Brewing Co. last night with Jess and other Co-Op people. I only knew, like, 3 people out the dozen, but it was fine, and lots of fun. Precious Mike seems cool, I'll have to wave at him next time I'm at work.

I'm tempted to offer myself up as closer in textbooks more often, it really was actually nice. Practice on being self-reliant at work, that kind of thing. ^^ Also need to let Madeline know that I can start working four days a week as of June 11th, and she gave us the June/July weekend schedule yesterday, so I know I'm working at least one Saturday in July--the 22nd. Yippee Skippee.

James told me there's a get-together at his house tonight around 8, so I might go hang out, and bring Jess along. Hopefully there will be people I haven't seen in forever, like Jule or a Kegler or two. He said I could let other people know, and mentioned Catsy, but I know she and Simon are leaving today, so :(

ANYWAY! Need to eat something, get dressed, and go wander the grounds. And convince Justin that I do NOT have time to go to Gilette's Castle tomorrow.

Oh oh, there's Norma again! (7 1/2 minutes later) She had called someone the e-mail went out to, and he asked what the name for the e-mail was, so he could find it among the hundreds his business gets every day. Norma had not realized that some people will not read the e-mail, as it's not from someone they know, and it may go through a junk filter or just be skipped over or deleted. She is not an internet-savvy person in the least, and she kept repeating how she respects the internet less and less every day, not that she respected it that muchto begin with. However, I told her that I had found and sent out e-mails to the 3 or 4 other places she had asked about, and they were more likely to actually be read, so that seemed to cheer her a bit. :)

Off I go!

job, work
