Oh no! Sorry to hear that. I remember my first review when I started working it said I was "unresponsive and unreceptive." I was floored because that wasn't the rep I had at all, but when I thought it over I knew I probably came across that way because I *was* so new and everything was scary. I tend to clam up when I'm upset about something. I was determined to change my rep and I did, it was fairly easy....I just kept putting myself out there more and more and tried to be aware of how I was coming across.
Thanks so much for sharing what you went through. It makes me feel better that you turned your rep around. I hope I can do the same. And thanks for the support. It means a lot.
