history_time doesn't have a lot of people scheduled to post in the near future, so I was considering volunteering and doing a post on Harold Holt (in Australia, we don't assassinate our leaders, we just misplace them). Before I volunteered, however (and I still am unsure as to whether I really want to), I thought I'd Google him and see what, other than Wikipedia, I could find.... since this is a Serious Community and most posts are, y'know, properly referenced.

I still find the fact that there is the Harold Holt Swim Centre more amusing than I really should.
