So, H is up to Doomed in the Buffy season 4 holiday viewing. (Riley's call-name is lilac! This still amuses me.)

I hate that I can't watch more of this season. It has such fantastic lines ("she who hangs out in cemeteries") and Beer Bad and Hush and Tara Fear, Itself and Restless and the awesome fights and Superstar... yet the season arc drags ( Read more... )

I really can't see how the Inittiative was any worse the the plot arcs the followed it. How could you like Glory and Spike's pathetic crush development better?

It's so unfortunate that God knows how many years after it's over, I can still find that little place in my heart where I am super obsessed with Buffy and can easily quote every single witty line from seasons 2 and 3.

I'm also working in movies now and my boss worked with SMG on her last movie here in Austin, Revolver. I think a little piece of me cried when he said what an unbelievable, high maintenance bitch she was to everyone.
