Finally confirmed my reservation for this hotel! After hearing some friend's rave reviews on the hotel and location, i think i feel quite safe...any idea if we can have a choice of breakfast? I'll be staying for 4 nights and am afraid i'll get sick of the same breakfast by Day 3 haha...

Definitely gonna spend 1 day lazing by the hotel pool and going

oh don't you worry. For brekkie they have a big spread! Intercontinental, American, Japanese, Thai and Muslim - your choice! Just too many tour groups putting up here hence quite crowded.

I love this hotel too. The rooms are huge! The room I had can easily fit 4-5 king sized bed, with a walk-in wardrobe somemore. Spacious bathroom too. Ususally when you walk along the corridors of hotels, it is room door-walk a few steps--next room door. This one is room door..walk a while, turn the corner, Where is the next Room?! Yah, THAT huge. HAHA

Do check out the dinner buffet. Expensive (by thai standards) but yummy food. And once in a while you'll see live entertainment like clowns, brass band in chef costume, magic shows etc. I was totally entertianed! Plus, the waiters are cute too, and flirted with us. HAHAHA. i think i posted about this hotel some time back.

Big plus: The shopping mall (Indra Sq) next to the hotel rocks. You will not find similar stuff from the rest of BKK. Check out this shop which sells Ella Moss inspired jesey material clothes. Lurrrvveee it!

it was the standard room i think. On the lower floors (= cheaper) rooms. But the hotel starts at the 18th or 19th(?) floor, so even a 'low' floor is 20+ floor at least. Good view, but dirty windows. HAHA
