Where in Stanislaus County are a million people going to live ?
This, my friend, is the problem.
I have no idea where all these people are going to live, as it stands we have nearly zero agricultural land left and no where else to build any ugly-ass tract-homes.
Modesto is, in fact, quadrupling in size! Okay--I'm not sure about the exact numbers...but nearly 350,000 people live here now.
Turlock is also growing--up 10,000 people since 2002!

When I was there it was pushing 200,000. I never really realized how big it was, mostly because I didn't even come close to seeing the entire city.
But yeah, Stockton's all built out so people are moving to Modesto and commuting here. It makes sense.
