I was once enamoured of an ex Olympic champion and world champion pairs figure skater (Russian). He was such a flirt when I came across him in my country quite some years after his career heights.

So I have a soft spot for Russians. Oh and figure skating.

They typically are just in a class of their own in the skating world. All of the arduous ballet training is obvious. None of those (sometimes typical) American clunky arm flailing maneuvers.
