Light Me On Fire And Call Me Sally...
So far, today was amazing. It was just sooo chill. *happy*
I missed a doctor's appointment at 11 AM that I remembered around 5 today...oops. Sprof and I got lunch at the Snack Bar around noon. We ate in the U.C. courtyard, and Jess, Heather, and Christa stopped by to say 'ello! After that, Sprof and I sat in the Wolloway/Commons lawn area, and she studied. I alternated between reading "Just Hormones" (a pretty interesting read about transexuality), sleeping, and watching bugs. A spider jumped at my face, and so we became friends. We played hide and seek for awhile, but I wanted the rolled up blanket to sleep on, so I ended the game and made him go away. Christa came and sat with us, and Tristan stopped by everything so often.
Christa and I then went and stole food from the Commons. We then ate with Sproffee at the Snack Bar that was missing a whole Deli side. Emo woes. If I had known that, I would've eaten from that side earlier. Now, I'm just chilling, and messing with pictures. GRRREAT! It feels so nice to just chill out.
Tomorrow, though, I need to work on my resume and get cracking on an internship. If anyone knows anything about internships or volunteer opportunities involving American Sign Language or Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer issues...tell me, please! If you know of something that integrates ASL and GLBTQ, I'll cheam myself, and then apply. Thanks!
