I spoke with Kadaj, and he decided to release Angeal and turn himself in. I met with Kadaj at the outskirts to place him under arrest and radioed Angeal in hopes of getting a response and he answered. I have reason to believe that he's most likely by the fish market area, and he said he's gone down a hatch where there's a lot of machinary, to keep warm. All available officers please proceed to the seaport to search for him. Any officers with healing abilities would be most useful, however if none are available you are to take the victim to the hospital as soon as possible for immediate medical attention.
Any officers who go out to look for him, he can be contacted at this frequency. Please call him to get any information you can about his location, and possibly to keep him awake. If he falls unconscious we may never find him.
