Charles assumed he was at the right cafe. He'd never actually been here before in the month and a half that he'd been in Purgatorium. Or to any other restaurant of any kind, for that matter. When you didn't have to eat, you didn't have many reasons for leaving the house, and aside from going to work every day, he really hadn't.
Honestly, he wasn't sure now why he'd finally decided this would be a good idea in the first place. But it would get him away from Diva and Nathan for a few minutes, at least, so it was probably better than any other alternative.
He sighed, pushed the door open, and stepped inside, feeling strangely anxious for reasons he couldn't place. "Hello?" he asked awkwardly as he took in the new scenery.
