Summary: Kira goes to find Hinamori after her arrival
It seemed his return home would be post-ponned. He did make a quick stop to drop the sake and flowers he had bought for Rangiku, leaving them on the table with a note, then left to venture down to the lower level. There was a lot Izuru needed to speak with Rangiku about, but it would have to wait for this. He was sure she would understand.
The fact that Hinamori had arrived once again both worried him and, somewhere in the back of his heart and mind, made him a little happy. Not because he wanted to subject her to the place, but because he had honestly missed her company. Though he still harbored the guilt of raising his blade against hers those many months ago, before Aizen was revealed to be a traitor. Aizen was a whole different issue...one he did not want to bother with at the moment.
The Lower Level was as dingy and broken as ever, making Izuru feel a new sense of guilt that he had a warm house and bed to go back to at night, while he knew Hinamori had to stay down there. Thin brows scrunching together as he frowned, Izuru shook his head slightly as he jumped to the nearest building. The Clock Tower was in sight.
Having his Shinigami abilities back was definitely something he did not take for granted, so he hurried with Flash Steps, not wanting to keep Hinamori waiting lest something less than friendly decide to greet her before he could.
