We are making a spur-of-the-moment trip up north this afternoon to see Jake's parents before they leave for their annual Florida vacation. It's going to be a rapid 24 hour trip, but I think the boys will enjoy seeing their grandparents and the grandparents will definitely enjoy seeing the babies!

Things have been hectic around here, to say the least.  Right now, I'm waiting for the printing office in Physics to re-email me with the time my poster will be finished printing so I can at least check that off my mental to-do list.  I'm running a reaction between now and 2 and then (hopefully) will be drying it before Matt and I leave for home.

My mom and sister were here from late Thursday night until Saturday morning. It's the first time Karen has been out to Michigan, so it was pretty cool. Jake had to work on Friday, so the girls went into A2 and wandered around Central Campus, State and Main Streets and had lunch at a cute little French/Japanese pastry place on Liberty.  It was nice ( Read more... )
