must wear shoes when outside, must wear shoes when outside...

Bee stings hurt much more than I remember. Ouch. I've decided that I'm going to apply for a position in China. I chatted to the company for a good hour and a half yesterday, they were very keen to hear what I had to say and they want my application this week. I also asked questions and raised concerns that my parents have, I decided to tell them my plans the other night. (Initially they said it was a scam and told me what they thought. It's obvious they don't want me to go, but they're supporting me nontheless, I'm glad for that considering they are leaving the country soon.) I honestly haven't devoted so much of my time researching anything so much for as long as I can remember, and I'm beginning to get frustrated as the information on the internet is fast running out. I might email some teachers already out there today and ask yet more questions. I'm also going to devote time to looking at details of teaching in a different country so I don't put all my eggs in one basket and have something to compare China to. It's hard not to get excited at the prospect of this decision, and actually saying that I want to do this is pretty scary as well. I keep thinking that I am totally nuts and this isn't actually happening, and then I think that it might not so it's best to keep my enthusiasm to a minimum, at least around other people.
