There's a new Japanese Ice Cream store, called Marvelous Cream, at the junction between City Link and the passage to Suntec City.... I think I've found a new addiction. Yeah, so it was a little expensive at about $5 for a 8ml cup... but hoooooly slag... that was very VERY good

They've got something like that in Australia as well called Cold Rock. Except it is not light. It is filling, very very very filling. It's the yum, though. =)
