I need to put a stop payment on a check so I waited around for a half hour after dropping the Kid off at school for the bank to open, figuring that this would be something easier done in person.  What do they tell me to do?  Call Customer Service.  WTF?  Isn't this something that you should be able to do in person at a branch?  I'm not happy.

I'm not a fan of websites with music that automatically plays when I open the page.  Quite often I'm listening to my own music while online and it annoys me to have to listen to two songs at once, especially when the one on the website is usually not as good as whatever it is I'm already listening to.  It's even more annoying when I have to search ( Read more... )
