Last week, for various reasons, I didn't get enough sleep.... pretty much every single night in a row.
Yesterday I slept until 10 am. Then I took an afternoon nap. And then I fell asleep for the night at 9:30.
This morning I woke up at 7:00 feeling good. I feel back to myself again! Yay!
I'm SO back to myself again that I'm talking back to the television and pointing at the local pundits when they make good points regarding the probable Anheuser-Busch takeover. (Yeah, I'm like that -- I interact with my televised news...)
Sleep is great. It's my favorite!
