Dude, I was reading that whole mess on meyrevived's LJ, and seriously...the entire X fandom is totally insane. It's just a series. It's just a stupid little piece of fiction based on it. And yeah, you wench, you should finish Rifferella some day because...it would be cool and I am curious and the well of ec fic is running drryyyy. :D Every fandom has it's benefits. 0=)

Yes..the X Fandom is vast and cold..like outerspace XD.

That's alright. I forgot about Underneath (a 383 fic that has been a paragraph from complete for like a year almost ^^;;) and Stark (random never continued EC blurb) and my very first EC fic Dark Passage....incomplete at like Part five or six and ...other stuff.

Wow I am a horrible member of fandom. :D XD

Haha, we're the terrible, uh...duo. Erin, the godly EC translator, and Elffy, the godly EC writer...the fandom was doomed as soon as we set foot in it 8D

I scarcely remember Stark myself XD. Something Uncle Neil suspects they're SRG kindasorta...OOH...the lamps...and OH.,..something about furniture and candles and sex. Somethingsomething. :)

And the resident Eccentrics according to Mimi. XD or the eccentrics of the EC fandom...

Haha, I wonder what it's like to be a new fan of Godchild now? Walk into the fandom and it's like, entirely Riff/Cain and maybe gen and Jezebel/Cassian if you're lucky. Then there's this random splurge of Yvonne/Lucinda, and you can't figure out for the life of you how that works. Maybe that's why the fandom isn't so active, still, even with Shojo Beat! XDXD

I wonder if it is as populated with Mary Sues who like...write themselves into some cutesy, non-sexual relationship with Cain while Riff just stands in the background like wallpaper uttering "Yes, sir" and "No, sir" as it was before...XD.... Riff's subtlety just flew over most peoples' heads, I swear.
Every once in a blue moon I check the FFnet EC section and there ain't much new there. XD

Or a random splurge of Rifael/Clehadol ;)

The fandom is therefore not populated with the adventurous. :)
Way back when I almost wrote a rant to the effect of IfYouDon'tSeetheRampantRiffCainThenYouAreQuiteFranklyBlind.
I seem to recall scores of folks in forums still beating their brains about "Well are they or are they not attracted to one another (Riff and Cain)?"
This is making me want to write fic again...
I still adore your Riff AU Five piece series.

I know! The FFnet EC collection is, like...bare. I mean, I can still even see my fics on the first page XD Ah, the golden time has passed... And I think we were the only adventurous ones in the fandom! I mean, Spider/Michaela? Yvonne/Lucinda? Riff/Yvonne? Alexis/Riff? Rifael/Clehadol? Rifael/Riff? Seriously XD

I think I remember those fans who read Earl Cain in Braille...

Ah hah, I want to be back in Yami and EC again, that was awesome, but then I'm like, noooooooo, I'm not done in X. Or something. I don't know. I should be in all fandoms at once and have no life, yessss!

Five was one of my favorites, too. The last and first ones were love.
