08:41 Woken up at 7:30 am by bad stomach pains. Feels like I ate razor blades then did 4000 stomach crunches. What the heck?? #

11:05 Feeling lots better. Must have been the dairy at dinner. Walked the dogs and am enjoying coffee and a kitchen diy show. #
