This is my January 2nd, 2010
My boyfriend and I wanted to take an Adventure,
and this is where it went...
Since my dog has way better bedhead than I, you get to see her. Plus, she's totally adorable!
Must take her out to pee since I have woken up kind of late and she's been with me ALL night...
I then pour myself some delicious Multigrain Cheerios with rice milk and bananas, with a glass of Chocolate almond Breeze milk to go with
it! (The most amazing substitute for regular chocolate milk!)
Time check after breakfast (did NOT mean to wake up this late!) :(
Go to see what my mom is doing and see that Duffy (the bigger bichon) is chillin on the bed (she hurt her leg and has been limping) :(
Shower time! :)
Like a wet dog...(cut this one off because I realized I wasn't wearing a bra!!!)
Whilst in the bathroom, I gather some stuff from my vegan arsenal for dinner later with the boy...
Then I brush my teeth :-D
Sweet Pea from Bath and Body works has got to be the best smell in the world...mmmmm
All done and ready!
Driving out of the neighborhood...
This Coke truck had to turn out of the gas station and right but it was right at a light so he had to wait that way till it was green
I reach the boy's house! When I walked in, he ran to greet me. Isn't he handsome?!
We then look around for adventures on the internet, slowly realizing we are defeating the purpose of the word "Adventure..."
We are in the car and ready to head to our destination!
Time check in the car on the way after the boy found out how to do close ups on my camera. :)
Our first destination was food for the adventure! PCC (Puget Consumers Coop) is one of my favorite vegan friendly stores (only in WA!)
This is what I have scrounged up so far...vegan (me) and non-vegan (him) sammiches, chips, salad, cookies, rootbeer (boy's) and a smoothie
(mine).
He didn't eat anything this morning so he got an extra sammich for the road. :-D
On the way to our destination!
Saw this sign at our destination and thought it was funny...
OUR DESTINATION! SNOQUALMIE FALLS!
I had to pee before we hit the trail...the toilets were very prison-esque...

We head down...
But decide it's way too dark (damn our late start!) and turn around...
Time check heading back to the car...
We had our picnic in the car since all the benches were wet
So on the way back home we missed our turn out of Snoqualmie and ran into...
BOWLING!

Found this kinda cute since we were looking for an "Adventure"
Time check after bowling (we didn't stay long...)
Now time for...FOOT RUB (hey where's mine!?)
Then we decided to look for something to watch until we were ready to make dinner...
So we decided on FUTURAMA!
Time check before we went up to make dinner...
PEE BREAK! (what a boy's bathroom...)
Marinating the soy curls in water/enchilada sauce to make them awesome for our ENCHILADAS!
Cooking away...
While he's cooking up a storm, I decide to see how badly I can fail on some drums! :-D
He also made portobello mushroom steaks marinated in balsamic and I made the salad...forgot to take a mushroom pic before we ate them :(
Before we sit down to ENCHILADAS...we turn on some...
YUM!

Time check when we decide he's too sleepy for anymore adventure...
I look for something to read. Could this stack of books be any more out of a classroom?
