Mmmm...sammiches!
My mom is on her way over. I haven't seen her in a long time. I talked to my dad today too. I kinda miss him. :(
But anyway, one of the things I love most about vegan foods (like Tofurky, Veganaise, or Tofutti cheese) is that the expiration date is well over 5 months later than normal lunch meat or cheese or mayo. It's pretty awesome, since it's amazing how long I can leave things in the fridge.
On another note, I have a few things left to buy for Christmas, but I'm pretty much done. I am so excited for Matthew's present (to give to him). It's gonna be awesome. He let me open 2 of mine last night. One was a kick ass edition of Filter magazine where John Krasinski (Jim from The Office) interviews the Shins and they took some pictures together (including the cover). I tried to upload it but my phone wouldn't send it to the verizon site.
He also got me "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Vegan Living." Pretty cool.
I am going to go back to eating everything in the apartment till my mom gets here. :D
