(no subject)
ok... so i haven't actually updated in a while. here's the scoop.
i basically got screwed with the tracker. there was the whole brake problem that i figured would be like... oh 250 bucks... nope... 638.02 was the price tag for that job. that was for new brakes and new shocks in the back. but i needed that to be done but wtf. and that isn't even including the speedometer getting fixed. it's at a different garage right now for that to be fixed. :-/ so i'll probably have that back come monday but that's not the point. idk how much that is gonna cost. that and it still isnt' registered. she is still on vacation and i've called her every day telling her to call me because i need the title signed and if she isn't going to be back in time then if she would authorize someone in her family to do it you know that'd be great because i have the fucking thing insured and all and almost fixed and i won't be able to drive it. urgh...*rolls eyes* i hate people. and this just furthers my frustration with the human race. so if i dont hear from her by sunday afternoon them i'm lodging a complaint against her at the dmv and hopefully they will let me register the car. i'll just need to get copys of all my cleared checks for the car and all the repairs. because she sold me a car that was not in condition for use at the time of the sale and it did not say as is so therefore she is in the wrong and is responsible for paying part in the repairs. and if she doesn't want to then oh well... i'm taking her to court. and that will be that. so far my repair costs are at about 640 bucks. and then whatever it is for the speedometer to be fixed. and i want her to pay half of it. but idk... she's really pissing me off BIG TIME !!!!
other than that i've been alright. i'm getting a new cell phone for the time being until next month because it doesn't work ... yet again. :( i'm not having good luck with cell phones. but i'll have a new one next month. :)
warped is next thursday and friday. apparently strawberries isn't selling them so i need to order them online... that just means more money because they kill you online for charges. oh well... it's gonna be me and my twin going. :) i'm so happy about that. i haven't seen her in sooo long and i miss her. the last time i saw her was at brand new back in april. that's far too long. *sigh* but i'm happy to be seeing her. :) we just need to figure out all the lil details. so i'll probably call her later or tomorrow. (twin, if you read this call me)
so thing have been alright i guess. i'm excited for warped. :) yay...
