whenever i'm feeling really flustered and i just can't focus on anything, i have one activity that always manages to clear my head and get me more focused....i clean my room. it's not a frequent occurrence really. i try and keep it clean but sometimes you just let things slip, and my room had recently been slipping. clothes everywhere, clean and dirty, desk was a disaster area, and just overall it needed work. i've found that there is a direct correlation between my state of mind and the state of my surroundings. anyone who has lived with me can vouch for this. well, i'm all done and i feel better already. here's to the *occasional* cleaning!
