jo and eric's wedding last friday. meg & Tyler's wedding this friday. yay for days off work. boo for having to go in at 7 to make up the hours. 11 hour days suck.
the weekend after that, having some girlies in town for a camp reunion. it shall be fun. anyone have a fire pit i can borrow? we'll be campin out. woooooot! now we're old enough to drink.
my boyfriend is trying to make me a lush. i told him it won't work. i'm still a 3 beer queer and just because he's an alcoholic doesn't mean i have to follow suit.

I've been a horrible person the past week, probably because of a combination of a severe lack of sleep and way too much stress. i'm actually excited for summer to be over. that is a first for me. i haven't really had much time to do fun stuff, and i've been working my ass off. after august, all the weddings and baby showers and bat mitzvahs will be over. and then comes september, aka the month of birthdays... sigh... no hope for my wallet. the skinny bitch.
mom and i have come to a decision. within the next few weeks, we will make an appointment to take snarf to the vet....
i don't want my puppy to go. but something tells me it's time. we keep hoping she'll just drift off in her sleep.... that would be the easy way. it's such a hard decision because she will still randomly have those shining moments of "puppy". and then she goes back to being senile pooping machine.
life needs to slow down and get more interesting at the same time. i'm bored.
