but now i have braggin rights.
I am, as of yesterday, an aunt! woot ! i'm super excited! They named her Ma'ayan Sophia. we're going up next weekend to visit. and her auntie painstaikingly handmade her a soft fuzzy baby blanket, which she will then recieve.
So that's awesome. Mat and i just got back from cleveland today. we went to see widespread panic yesterday. and had a fucking blast. It was kinda really impromptu. he was thinking about it, then called me 2 days ago at 3 in the moring and said we're going. and we went. and had an amazing fun time. I love my boyfriend. and last night he said it back!
needless to say, yesterday was like the best day of my entire year. I can't stop smiling right now.
and tomorrow we're going cabrewing! yay!
other than that, my job fucking sucks ass. I'm so over it. I would really like an opportunity to use my body or my brain. a computer could do my job. or a highly trained monkey. which i'm pretty sure some of my coworkers are... but i prolly have to stay at it for a little longer. hopefully not too much longer. I need to get off my ass and figure out grad school, but all i want to do right now is play! new ideas keep popping into my head, and i think it would be fun to study all of them. why won't they pay me to go to school?
I need to put a padlock on my wallet. that way it might not come open so often. hmm.... not likely with the four weddings, two baby showers, bachelorette party, and batmitzvah that this summer contains. no, i'm not kidding. four weddings. in one summer. oy vey.
