So I saw my ENT and his opinion after reviewing the data was that my apnea is only moderate or perhaps moderate to severe, and he recommended a procedure called Radiofrequency Treatment. Depressingly I have severe sleep apnea. I go see my ENT tomorrow and the dentist next week.
I've been having a little better sleep by trying to sleep on my side rather than my back.

So I went to the dentist to have my TMJ looked at - found an great specialist dentist in TMJ - and he suggested I go for a sleep study since before putting an appliance in my mouth it seemed wise to figure out if I have issues breathing at night.
