My good pal Zach sent me this in an email.
I was reading a friends blog today and It go me to thinking. We are brought up think we sshould get in to relationships at an early age but why? They only bring heartache cause there is no meaning at first. There is no real meaning to them till we start getting older to like 14 and up . but still there is no real reason to stay together till close to the end of highschool. when you start understandin the real meaning of love. I think I know the reason why we start but why do some adults aska 8 or 9 yearold " do you havea boyfriend or girlfriend?" Its stupid yeah they may be boyfriend/girlfriend but thats the swingset relationship. They laugh and giggle bout it, chase each otheraround the playground . Thats all it means to them. They only last a few weeks and then they break up. Then you get in to Jr. High Its holding hands while on the playgrounds, may be in the halls, or at the football or basketball game. But still they on last a few weeks to the most a coupl months. Now they are to the point that it hurts when they break up for the first dozen relationships. Now after those it doesn't hurt as much then by the time you get to Highschool it hurts a little after you break up from a relationship that has gone on for a while like a couple months. but those little 2- 3 week ones oh well and go on.
Well what is love? I believe that love is patient, it is kind, it knows no boundries,does not brag or boast. Why do we start tryin to understand this at such an early age when we got people in there 20-50 who dont understand it. So part of the problem with love and why it dont work with a lot of people is that they are not patient. Which aint that obvious. we get made if the person at the local coffee shop takes a second to take sip of her own coffeeor drivin down the rode a person is obeyin the speed limit we get made at them cause they arent drivin 5 mph over which we all know we cant get away with. Also dont we always have to brag and boast about we did this and we did that to make ourselves higher than everyone else. So if you want to get into a relationship that will last wait on God and he will provide the right person at the right time.
