Random stuff at 5am
So this weekend was rather uneventful. I hung out with Stephen on Saturday, that was the good day. :) Yesterday I just hung out at home, made some pie. Yeah...I've been seriously considering getting on a bus and going to Revelstoke in August. Stephen will be gone, and I'll just get horribly bored and lonely while he's gone. So I might as well go visit Kari. Depending on the bus price, I may just drive. It's only 9 hours...which isn't too too bad if I leave in the morning. And now that I have a car that works, that's a bonus.
In other news, I'm really considering quitting SVAC. I don't want to wake up at 5am for work. I don't even wake up that early for school.. I mean really. Plus the fact that I don't get enough hours, and I don't get paid nearly enough for half the crap I do. And I really just don't enjoy it, so yeah. I'm going to think on that this week. Plus I think it's ridiculous that everyone has taken the same week off, leaving me between a rock and a hard place if I get sick. Which could very well happen with my allergies. I'm not too sure about Amanda either. She was in for 2 hours on the weekend... it wasn't even 11:30 and she was leaving. I wish I could play that game. I think I'm going to start leaving early too if it's dead. I mean I get there at 6:30, do all my stuff and have that done by the latest 8:30 or 9...and then I sit there for 4 and a half hours with nothing to do. Seems like a waste of time and money to me. And I'm really not looking forward to the 3 days on 2 days off, 3 days off 2 days on schedule she's got set up for the rest of the summer. Let's not screw with my sleep patterns anymore than we have to. I seriously just want to go in there and say I quit! Haha! Take that suckers! But I'm too nice, and there's nobody to work the cafe. Grrrr!
