great lives makes great shadows
i'm feeling the drag, after a second late night working on my final project for drawing class. i don't know why my teacher has such unrealistic expectations on my time, but i suppose they're vaguely realistic, since i'm somehow meeting those deadlines. bleh.
drawing class last night was awesome. yesterday was just awesome in general - i was uncannily productive and simultaneously sociable (those two hardly ever combine). tonight i'm FINALLY getting some bodywork done with oksana. i want it so bad i could cry.
i'm also taking a trip to the art supply store (sometimes it feels like going to disneyland, with all the colors and pretty things). i've settled on a mixture of pastels and colored pencils on a burgundy paper for my final project, so i get to go bargain hunting. it irks me to know that i actually own TWO sets of pastels, but they're hidden away in boxes in my storage unit, so i'll be buying a third, completely superfluous set. bleh.
