Most surreal IM I've had in quite some time... Name truncated to save his rep....

SMN: ive had many variations of chicken, but i dont think ive ever ate something called chicken "cutlet"

PulseMM: usually breaded and fried
PulseMM: sometimes made "a la parmigiana" with tomato sauce and melted mozerella cheese

SMN: i've never heard anyone around here call anything chicken cutlet
PulseMM: it's a typical cut of meat at any grocery store
PulseMM: thinly sliced chicken breasts, boneless, basically
SMN: it would just be called breaded chicken

PulseMM: i've also had veal cutlets
PulseMM: and pork cutlets
PulseMM: and turkey cutlets!
