I am contemplating selling my Denise Interchangeables needle set, and then taking the money and investing in an Options needle set from Knitpicks. I love the handiness of the interchangeables, but the plastic needles just seem a bit... too flexible. And if I have metal needles, I can more handily ward off ninjas, pirates, and other unsavory ( Read more... )

What I learned this week:

Always check with the recipient(s) of knitted objects on whether or not they might be allergic to what you're knitting them.

Now I get to go shopping for some non-wool yarn for a baby sweater. :)

I wanted to post a picture of a WiP (work in progress).

Mostly because I'm proud of myself for 1)actually trying it, and 2)doing a pretty damn good job!

Also because I want to show quipper how the sweater is going :)
