I never reaslise before even when making such a simple thing has coffee, i was so inefficient....usually preparing coffe in the past few years meant around most of the times a 20 minutes of preparation if not more. I've been taking these pills for a few days now but, this morning at 9:26, I just felt for the first time the effect it's doing, what a strange sensation, alertness and there's really something done about focusing!
