Another bad day
so i had another nosebleed today at work. it didn't last as long as the one friday, but it lasted a good 15 minutes. to make a long story short, i got very dizzy and weak and got sent home. i was also very teary too. the anxiety levels go through the roof when i get these and its really taking its toll on me.
i can't get into my doctor, but they are getting me into the nurse practioner so hopefully she can help me out and we can figure something out to stop this.
i currently have a wicked bad headache, but i am afraid to take anything as i don't want the nose to start again. and james bond is not well either. we need a quarentine sign or something up.
i'm going to do my christmas cards tomorrow. i want to be coherant enough when i do them.
off to lie down or something. ugh.
