What a day

other than not wanting to get out of bed, it didn't start bad. then work happened. work itself wasn't bad. it was just so damn busy i didn't get anything done. when i finally got a bit of downtime, i was helping a customer with customs forms and it felt like i had little stones rolling around in my nose. i was like, weird, but basically ignored it. well, it contintued and went into a full fledged nose bleed. after getting someone to help me out and then help me clean up. i went to the hospital and 50 minutes later, it stopped. they thought i should see the doctor though. so i waited and my mom and stepdad came. got called in and waited some more. the doctor came in and recommended cauterizing it and i freaked. let me give you some history on my nose. as a child, i smashed it playing a game in preschool. growing up, i used to have wicked bad nose bleeds. even had to have my nose packed a couple of times. had it cauterized. they knocked me out for that. i don't like anyone or thing near my nose. i freak. i've even swung out at people before. i also have one of those noses that can be bumped by accident and it can bleed. so yeah, suggesting a burning pointy rod wasn't a good thing. it sent me into an anxietiy attack. i nearly fainted and it just wasn't good. they gave me half an ativan to calm me down but that didn't kick in until i was leaving. the one doctor was amazing and understanding, his attending, not so much. anyways, i am going to check with my doctor about a specialist if it keeps up. i'm off my nasal inhaler for now. i want no more repeats of this.

so i'm ready for bed. i think i might go soon. try to get some sleep and relax.
