The Extension Practice

5 new poses today.  Yoga practice was challenging, but fun.  I practiced my chant for 5 mins after practice, after doing sound work last night I really found my voice today and even continued my chanting while loading the dishwasher and preparing my breakfast.  It turns out that Murphy is tamed by chanting, maybe he considers himself an obstacle in my life.  He came and lay down at my feet pretending he was a tame well behaved kitten.
