Kurt and Puck are good friends. Kurt is secretly in love with Puck and he imagines all these 'scenes' between them (e.g. first date, meeting parents, sex). Puck feels the same way but for some reason[s] he doesn't tell him either (thinks he’s not good enough, etc. etc.)
Kurt gets into an accident and falls into a coma for a few days. Puck never leaves his side. Kurt wakes up and is convinced that he and Puck are together. His brain takes the scenes he imagined before the accident and turn them into memories so he thinks all those things happened.
The gleeks can’t tell him because the doctor warned them against causing him shock or distress. So Puck has to pretend to remember all those things and act like Kurt’s boyfriend. Puck loves being Kurt's boyfriend and a selfish part of him wishes Kurt would never recover. Something happens (e.g. Kurt hits his head again) that causes his memory to come flooding back.
It’s up to the filler whether or not he gets mad at Puck for this or not but ultimately, I want him to realise that even though Puck lied, it was because he had to for Kurt’s sake and that despite this, everything Puck’s done for him for him after the accident has been completely sincere.
way_to_the_end promised to fill it for me but I think she's been busy so it hasn't been written yet. Yeah, it's one of my favourite prompts and I'd love to see it written :S
Well if she promised to write it for you then I hope she gets time to write it. I really want to read this so much that I catch myself filling in this prompt in my head. I think I should stop because when she does write this I don't want to be disappointed to see she didn't write what I was thinking. So I'm just hoping it's filled soon.
Haha that has happened to me a couple of times. I would post a prompt and develop the story in my head but when someone fills it, their story goes in another direction. Fortunately, all my fillers have been great writers so they were good differences :)
