Go the distance...

Hi there ^^
Finally some time to post! Lately my life has been a chaos. I and my mother already packed most of the stuff (since we're moving, but it's sad to give away my personal belongings like my teddy bears, some clothes, books. Why can we only take 20kg?? Blame the airline companies... xD).

The hardest part of all is saying goodbye to my friends. Last week I slept in one of my bestfriends' house. We talked about everything (boys, TV programs, gossips, world cup) till 3 in the morning and when I got home I just couldn't help but cry. I think I haven't cried so much in a lot of time. I'll miss her.  So Catarina, if you're reading this you better leave a nice comment... xD

Well, putting these sad matters aside, I went hiking last Sunday. After listening to Go the Distance by Michael Bolton (I miss your golden long hair) I took the challenge of climbing the highest mountain in São Miguel (where I live). His song is so powerful. The lyrics mean so much to me. It's from Disney's Hercules. If you don't know the song you better listen to it. It's one of those rare masterpieces. ^^

Pico da Vara --> The highest mountain in São Miguel with 1103m and the 2nd highest in Azores. Up there, you can see the whole island and it feels amazingly good. Kimochiiiii... xD. However, my legs now are dead tired. Each one of them looks like it weighs tons... xD. And I got a sunburn. Ahh, this reminds me that I have to buy a new sunscreen.
And because today was hot, I made some gelatin but instead of making it with water I put milk. It tastes like a pudding... xD

Strawberry gelatin with milk. Antique Bakery really gave me some ideas for desserts... xD
Can't wait to see Tsuki no Koibito final episode. At least the last 3 episodes got me hooked on the show. And Ren, you better not end up with Xu Mei. Maemi's the one for you.

Matta ne!
